FOUNDER & CONSULTANT
Pernille Slinkert
Pernille founded Slinkert & Aarøe in 2017 and has built solid experience in transport and logistics over a long career. She has previously held leadership roles at companies including DSV and NTG, where she worked on development projects, system implementations, and logistics solutions for Danish and international production companies.
She specializes in road transport and warehousing, with in-depth knowledge of the full value chain from procurement and warehousing to distribution and transport. This enables her to quickly identify where a supply chain is losing money and translate that into solutions that work operationally and deliver measurable results on the bottom line.
Pernille is a well-recognized figure in the industry and is used, among others, as an expert source by Dansk Erhverv on freight markets and logistics strategy.

Nicolaj Aarøe
Nicolaj is co-founder and consultant at Slinkert & Aarøe, with a strong corporate background in international transport and logistics across sea, air, road, and specialized transport.
He has extensive experience in freight procurement, transport and trade documentation, and international trade advisory, and advises companies on complex supply chains, customs matters, and cross-border trade.
Over the course of his career, Nicolaj has built a broad international network and a solid understanding of both the operational and commercial sides of logistics. He uses this experience to optimize supply chains, negotiate better terms, and identify the gaps that often arise between transport, documentation, and trade compliance.
Nicolaj is also frequently used as an expert source by Danish media, including TV 2 News and Finans.
